Orders once dispatched will not be cancellable,
All purchases are shipped from our workshop by India Post or reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order

Domestic Delivery
Order deliveries will take a minimum of 7-14 working days for domestic delivery.

Delivery Time
Order deliveries will be made between 10 am – 2 pm Monday – Saturday.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
Delivery will require someone to be there to take delivery at the address.
The SoapNutt takes no responsibility for goods received by an alternative person.
The SoapNutt is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported by email to soapnutt@gmail.com on the day of delivery.
